Ambassador Animal Hospital is a brand new, ground-up facility, located directly across the street from their existing location on Wade Hampton Boulevard in Greenville, South Carolina. The modern new building features a spacious and welcoming reception/waiting area, eight exam rooms (one specifically designed just for cats), a large treatment room with four exam tables and clearstory windows to allow natural light into the space, a state-of-the-art Xray and ultrasound room, a surgery suite and a dental suite. The building also includes a secluded break area for staff members to recharge and a kennel room with an attached fenced in yard for the occasional overnight stay. The entire project, interior and exterior, was designed to help alleviate both human and animal stress that is associated with visiting the doctor. The strategic circulation path, floor plan layout/adjacencies of rooms, paint color selections, warmth of the finishes, fun signage, wall graphics and bathroom cat glasses, all work together to create a more comfortable and inviting animal hospital experience.
