Dan Joyner, REALTORS in Greenville, SC made the difficult decision to vacate their previous office location that had been with the company since the mid 19060s and move to a new location off Woods Crossing Rd. They saw the vision for what the new space could be, and loved the location. The building started pre-renovation as a call center with seas of cubicles and closed off winding spaces. SHLTR worked closely with the ownership team to convert the building to a mix of offices and open spaces consisting of flex touchdown work areas, conference rooms, and a café area. The industrial feel was maintained by polishing the existing concrete and exposing the ceilings, while adding in sleek finishes with furniture and lighting. We hope they'll love their new home for the next 60 years!
