The downtown senior living project is an innovative mixed-use concept aimed at creating a welcoming community for seniors in Greenville, SC. In partnership with LMG Architects, we designed this multi-family development to offer 141 independent living units, ensuring residents have easy access to downtown and all it has to offer. On-site amenities play a crucial role in this project, including a restaurant and commercial spaces that cater to the daily needs of residents. Additionally, amenities such as a fitness center and personal services promote a healthy and active lifestyle. The inclusion of structured parking ensures convenience and accessibility, making this development not just a place to live but a vibrant community where seniors can thrive.
