This project involves the interior upfit and exterior renovation of an existing building in downtown Travelers Rest, SC. We created a thoughtful collaboration space where you can discuss buying a house with your agent while enjoying a beer at The Community Tap. The design includes office space on the Caine side, featuring conference rooms, flexible offices, and a café-style break room. The taproom side offers a large bar area and a modern exterior patio complete with a food service kiosk, blending work and leisure in a vibrant community setting.
