This project involved the interior up-fit of a conditioned blank shell tenant space at 110 East Court Street for Insignis Partners, a real estate development and private equity firm. We designed the space with a focus on creating an inviting environment for entertaining clients. The layout features private offices with glass walls around the perimeter, allowing natural light to flow deeper into the area. The formal conference room includes large double doors that seamlessly transition into the lounge and bar area, enhancing the overall experience for visitors. Additionally, there is a secondary conference room and another private lounge area to foster collaboration on any type of deal. The modern luxe interiors are beautifully complemented by the client’s art collection, creating a sophisticated and functional workspace.
